Liverpool's Joe Allen and Jordon Ibe have been linked with a summer transfer move to Premier League side Watford.
Joe Allen has started just two Premier League games for Liverpool this season - seeing most action elsewhere in the cup competitions. He has fallen down the pecking order since the exit of Brendan Rodgers last October.
His contract with the reds expires next summer, meaning the reds will be unlikely to recoup the £15M Liverpool paid Swansea for the player in 2012.
Contract talks have ground to a halt since the arrival of the German boss.
Jordon Ibe, a player who has signed a recent contract extension, has not pushed on and built on his early promise.
The exit of Raheem Sterling was seen as an opportunity for him but he has struggled to make a significant impact this season.
Coupled with Adam Lallana's improving form, and the trust Klopp places in Milner - Ibe looks unlikely to break back into the first team.
According to the Guardian, the pair could see their careers rebooted at Vicarage Road next season.
