BENITEZ WANTS FRESH FACES
Liverpool are now expected to offload Djibril Cisse and Fernando Morientes in the summer after both players have failed to produce the goods. The two strikers cost a combined £22 million. It is hoped that these two players perform well in the World Cup to boost their asking prices. Liverpool have been heavily linked with Tottenham's Jermaine Defoe as well as a summer swoop for Michael Owen. Rafa is aware that great effort will be needed to land the required players.
