Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher both started for England in their 1-0 victory over Wales in the World Cup qualifiers. Gerrard played 84 minutes while Carragher played the full game. Chris Kirkland was on the bench. No reported injuries.

Sami Hyypia completed the full 90 minutes away to Andorra in the 0-0 game.
