THE FUTURE KING OF ENGLAND MEETS THE EMPERORS OF EUROPE Prince Charles, heir to the throne, and her indoors visited Anfield yesterday as part of a project by The Prince's Trust. The future King had a cup of Earl Grey from a Liverpool mug, and had a tour of the stadium and museum as well as seeing all those lovely European Cups. Then it was on to the dressing room for a cup of tea while Camilla talked with youngsters about the Prince's trust project. The pair then touched the famous 'This is Anfield' sign before walking on to the pitch. The Royals met our own two crown jewels Rafa Benitez and Steven Gerrard during the visit. Reports that Prince Charles mentioned something about 'they've got more silver than Buckingham Palace' are unconfirmed! |
