STEVIE G: DON'T WRITE US OFF

Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard has been reflecting on our solid run recently, which has given Liverpool their best run in 9 years. 7 unbeaten matches including 6 wins, with 7 clean sheets.

After last night's match the Captain was visibly pleased with our current level of performances: He said:

"We're improving. We're definitely getting better. The manager has made some good signings and he's working on the defence in training. We're looking quite solid at the back.

"If we keep creating chances we know the goals will come. January's only around the corner for a few more exciting players.

"We'll have a right go if we keep playing they way we're playing."
