HAMANN TO PLAY TOMORROW Dietmar Hamann is set to step up his rehabiliation back to fitness by playing for the Reserves against Birmingham City at Chester's Deva Stadium on Thursday night, and Gerard Houllier said he is delighted to see the influential German available again. Hamann has been injured since pre-season and following ankle surgery he is now back in business and ready for a game. Houllier said: "The good news is Dietmar Hamann is training
well and hasn't felt a reaction. He may play for the reserves on
Thursday."
