Liverpool's £7.5M striker, Iago Aspas, is returning to Spain on a season-long loan.
Aspas managed just one goal in 15 appearances for the reds, with his opportunities severely limited by the form of Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez, and the rapid progress of Raheem Sterling.
Sevilla will take the player on a season loan with an option of a permanent deal on the table - however the reds look unlikely to recoup their transfer investment. Luis Alberto, another disappointing signing from last summer, also returned to Spain on loan earlier this month.
Liverpool Football Club have strangely not made any official announcements yet, leaving it to Sevilla and Iago Aspas to announce the deal themselves on twitter.
