Liverpool have accepted a bid of around £5M for Emiliano Insua, the reds Argentine left back, to Italian side Fiorentina.
Andreas Dossena and Fabio Aurelio both left the club last season, leaving Liverpool without an established left back.
A LFC club spokesman said:
“We have agreed a fee for the sale of Emiliano Insua to Fiorentina and given them permission to speak with the player.
“Emiliano has now left our Swiss training camp and we’ll make further comment when appropriate.”
When the sale goes through, Liverpool will have netted roughly £14M in player sales since January alone.
cavalieri has been toldm to find another club and although he loves it at the club, he ideally wants to go back to brazil abid of around 1.5/ 2 million would do the trick.

ngog, yes its in the rags this morning but its true, Roy doesnt want him at the club and a fee of around 4 million would also see him go , as we only paid 1.5 mill for him.
insua will be gone by end of the week. for a fee of 5.5 million.

Not sad to see him go really. Always been too inconsistant. Surely Roy must have a replacement in mind otherwise why would he let him go? Ive just read on liverpoolfc.tv Daniel Pranjic form Bayern Munich, only newspaper gossip so probably not true but interesting.
He’s the inconsistent type of player that we need to sell in order to raise some cash so i am not upset to see his departure.I am sure Roy has a possible replacement lined up so i trust him at ths early stage.
