Liverpool FC will attend the High Court tomorrow morning to seek to earn a ‘declaratory judgement’ ensuring that the LFC board acted in the best interests of the football club, and abided by the rules of the £280M loan from the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Mr Justice Floyd will oversee the case to take place in Court 18 sometime after 10.30am tomorrow.
For some time we have speculated that RBS were in no mood to re-finance the existing owners and the title of the case says it all.

Liverpool FC are the last listed case of the day so a decision may not be known until early evening.
No matter the result – the losing side are expected to lodge an appeal.
