Keep up to date with the latest on this summer's transfer deadline day with the reds looking to complete some last minute exits from Anfield.
As it happened...
It's transfer deadline day for English clubs, with Liverpool hoping to complete loan exits for Italy's Mario Balotelli and France's Mamadou Sakho - two players who both cost the club £16M.

There is a new matchday bus, the 917, from Liverpool to Anfield on match days. Can Sturridge and Origi park the thing?
French Newspaper L'Equipe reckons Mamadou Sakho wants to stay at Anfield to try to 'impress' reds boss Jurgen Klopp
The defender is already rumoured to have turned down loan deals to both Besiktas and Stoke City
Elsewhere in the Premier League and West Ham are linked with a move for our former right back Alvaro Arbeloa
Mario Balotelli has completed his medical at Ligue 1 club Nice but LFC and the French club are still in negotiations over the terms of the deal.
They finished fourth in the league last year - qualifying for this season's Europa League group stage
As well as Mamadou Sakho (see below) - both Tiago Ilori and Lazar Markovic are likely to remain at Liverpool after this transfer window
Markovic was heavily involved in LFC's pre-season, whilst Ilori was representing Portugal at the Olympic games.
Can Sakho and Klopp rekindle a working relationship at Liverpool?
The stats seem to suggest the importance of the French defender to Liverpool

There had been some tabloid speculation linking the reds with a £11M move for 17 year old Dortmund winger Christian Pusilic.
His Dad, Mark, told German newspaper Bild that this wasn't happening.
"Christian has no interest in leaving the club. He had a good half year last season and wants to continue to break through.
Liverpool midfielder Luis Alberto has been sold to Lazio
Alberto joined in the summer of 2013 for just under £7M and played just 12 games for the reds

Jorge Jesus, his former boss at Benfica, is in charge at Lisbon
More than 38% of the players used by Liverpool last season won't be being used this season. Still four hours left of transfer deadline day too.
39 players used in LFC’s competitive games last year.

Media outlets in France reporting that Balotelli is joining Nice on a permanent transfer.
The quoted transfer fee?
Zero.
So - was it all worth it?

Balotelli goals at Liverpool were a bit thin on the ground - so here's a decent one he managed during training
Balotelli has taken to his personal instagram account to post a picture of him signing the deal in France, pictured with OCG Nice President Jean-Pierre Rivère
Former LFC defender and now TV pundit, Jamie Carragher left LFC just before Balotelli arrived but he has weighed into the discussion surrounding the transfer
Balotelli on a free is still paying over the odds by Nice.

Ouch!
Last expected deal in this final hour is a loan move for Lazar Markovic. The £20M signing from summer 2014 is expected to head to Sporting Lisbon on loan.
Markovic has played 34 times for the reds scoring 3 goals - all in the 2014-15 season
He spent last season on loan at Fenerbahce
LFC have now confirmed that Lazar Markovic moves to Portugese side Sporting Lisbon on a season long loan
DEAD TIRED
Very disappointing transfer window. Mane the only decent buy. Liverpool has lost further ground on its rivals and will not make the top four – once again.
