The Premier League fixtures for the upcoming 2019/20 season have been released this morning.
The reds will kick start the season with a home game against newly promoted Norwich at Anfield on the evening of Friday 9th August.
Liverpool welcome a traditional August opponent - Arsenal - to Anfield in August.
The reds will face Man Utd (A) and both Spurs and Man City at home across a 3 week spell from the middle of October to November.
Boxing Day marks a trip to Brendan Rodgers Leicester, whilst Sheffield United will travel to Anfield for the New Years Day clash.
The reds final three games look tricky. Arsenal (A), Chelsea (H) and then ending with Newcastle (A).
Liverpool collected 97 points in an extraordinary campaign last season but this was a point behind eventual winners Manchester City.
The league season begins the weekend of the 10th August 2019. The reds play Man City at Wembley in the Community Shield four days before, and then will travel to Istanbul for the UEFA Super Cup final on Thursday 14th August.
The reds were due to play Schalke at Anfield on the evening of Tuesday 6th August as a final pre-season friendly, but due to the Norwich game being played on Friday the club have now cancelled this fixture.
The fixture list is, of course, subject to heavy change due to TV schedules. Last season 29 of the reds 38 games were moved for TV coverage and that number is likely to rise this season with even more games set to be shown live on UK television.
