Raheem Sterling insisted it wasn't just the mighty red army that had major hopes to pull off one of the greatest one-season turnarounds in modern football.

Liverpool finished a sorry 7th last season but have improved massively this season and against all expectations are now sitting top of the league with six games to go.
Despite Man City's advantage in terms of points available to them, youngster Raheem Sterling has thrown his voice alongside the fans who have serenaded the players with title chants in recent weeks.
“It feels like we are in a good moment. There is a real belief from the fans and a togetherness between the fans and players. Long may it continue.”
Man City and Chelsea still have to play at Anfield, games that could potentially swing the pendulum in the other direction.
“It is going to be difficult with those two coming here, but we’ll take it as it comes.
“We really fancy ourselves against anyone coming here. We will take it step by step and do the business when they come.
“Are we allowing ourselves to dream? Definitely. I think as the season goes on we have a bit more belief but we can’t get ahead of ourselves, we have to take it game by game. But coming to the last six games there is a really good atmosphere at the training ground."
After a good start to last season, Sterling drifted out of the side. Early on in Rodgers' reign there were some questions over his attitude, but the player appears to have matured, and even takes a more relaxed approach to analysing his own performances.
“I try to switch off after every game. I go home, switch off from football and only try to think about the next game closer to it.
“I try to watch my performances probably not the day after but two days after when everything has settled down, I go over my clips. I don't rush home and watch them then, I do it when I am more calm and ready to focus.”
“High-end players like Stevie always make sure your feet stay firmly on the floor. But I don't think that will be a problem with me as a person. I am just glad to be playing and long may it continue. There will never be a time when my feet are off the floor.”
The reds next travel to West Ham United on Sunday afternoon - a game that will see Liverpool reunited with a raft of ex-players.
